Among the 289 tumors analyzed for this study, 176 (60.9%) were negative for PD-L1 expression on tumor cells (tumor proportion score, TPS <1%), 59 (20.4%) showed only weak staining (TPS 1-49%) and 54 (18.7%) were strongly positive (TPS ≥ 50%). The gene discussed is CD274; the disease is neoplasm.
