NPPB and congestive heart failure: Higher fasting glucose (Glu), creatinine (CREA), C-reactive protein (CRP), NT-pro BNP, and left ventricular end-diastolic dimension (LVEDD) and lower body mass index (BMI), blood pressure, albumin, and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) were observed in CHF patients compared to the control subjects.
