MS-HRM analysis of STAT6 and SOCS5 promoter region showed mean percentage methylation of 0.4988 ± 2.229 and −4.617 ± 0.9164, respectively, in CAD patients as compared to 1.471 ± 1.699 and −4.615 ± 0.6634, respectively, in controls. This evidence concerns the gene SOCS5 and coronary artery disorder.
