The males with MS exhibited higher T-bet expression in non-stimulated and MOG-stimulated PBMCs (P<0.05 and P<0.004, respectively), higher T-bet/GATA-3 expression ratio in non-stimulated PBMCs (P<0.05), lower GATA-3 expression in MOG-stimulated PBMCs (P<0.05) in comparison with counterpart cultures from healthy subjects with the same gender (Figures 4, 5, and 6). This evidence concerns the gene GATA3 and myeloid sarcoma.
