One patient with heavily pretreated acral lentiginous melanoma carrying a ROS1-GOPC fusion was treated with entrectinib (TKI with activity against tropomyosin receptor kinase (Trk), ROS1 and ALK), leading to a PR with 38% reduction in tumor burden at 3 months and 55% at 11 months [23]. This evidence concerns the gene NTRK1 and acral lentiginous melanoma.
