Therefore, we concluded that in our NSCLC cells, CHD1L regulated cancer cell cisplatin resistance by the regulation of targets and/or pathways other than the activation of Nur77/Cyto c/caspase 9, suggesting that the mechanism(s) by which CHD1L regulates cancer cisplatin resistance may be tumor-type specific.
