MSTN and neoplasm: Our results show that the overexpression of miR-130b-3p and miR-335-5p indeed downregulate the FOS gene, so we hypothesized that the deletion of MSTN would indirectly maintain cell apoptosis and inhibit tumor proliferation through miR-130b-3p and miR-335-5p, although FOS was not directly silenced by the DEMs.
