Numerous studies focusing on NEAT1’s role in cancer biology indicate that this lncRNA is a crucial part of carcinogenesis as found in non-small lung cancer [47,48,49,50], breast cancer [51,52,53], hepatocellular carcinoma [54,55,56,57], ovarian cancer [58,59,60,61], and prostate cancer [62,63], just to name a few. This evidence concerns the gene NEAT1 and breast cancer.
