The results revealed that the protein levels of both ZBRK1 and BRCA1 were significantly negative compared with GOT2 in the BC TMA cohort (Spearman's coefficient test, rho = −0.283, P = 0.001 and rho = −0.190, P = 0.038, respectively) (Fig. 6A,B) and TNBC cohort (Spearman's coefficient test, rho = −0.253, P = 0.029 and rho = −0.384, P = 0.001, respectively) (Fig. S6A). This evidence concerns the gene BRCA1 and breast cancer.
