BCHE and poisoning: Application of biological antidotes, biomolecules that bind to OPs andinactivate them, is one of the promising approaches to the treatment oforganophosphate poisoning[2-5].Such an enzyme as human butyrylcholinesterase (hBChE) and antibodies capable ofbinding to OPs or hydrolyzing them are regarded today as potential bioscavengers[6, 7].hBChE is a natural biological antidote (a suicidal inactivator) fororganophosphate poisoning.
