In order to observe whether tetrandrine could induce autophagy in triple-negative breast cancer cells and select appropriate concentration of tetrandrine, Beclin1, LC3, and p62/SQSTM1, the three major proteins involved in the autophagy process, were examined by Western Blot analysis and also confirmed by immunofluorescence staining assay. This evidence concerns the gene MAP1LC3A and triple-negative breast carcinoma.
