This work started by surveying expressions of 7 major activating and inhibitory NK receptors (NKG2D, NKp30, DNAM-1, 2B4, NKG2A, KIR2DL1, and KIR3DL1) in CML patients during their initial diagnosis and at different treatment stages. This evidence concerns the gene KIR2DL1 and chronic myelogenous leukemia, BCR-ABL1 positive.
