In contrast, mTOR-TP53BP1was only detected in five different types of human malignancies and with significantly lower frequencies, including breast cancer (10/60, 16.7%), colon cancer (4/60, 6.7%), ovarian adenocarcinoma (4/61, 6.6%), glioblastoma multiforme (7/150, 4.7%) and lung cancer (8/141, 5.7%). This evidence concerns the gene MTOR and lung cancer.
