NF‐κB p65 phosphorylation was elevated in liver of LPS/D‐GalN‐induced FHF mice (Figure 3b), and IκBα was significantly downregulated (Figure 3b); thus, the NF‐κB pathway was activated after LPS/D‐GalN administration. This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and TNF receptor 1-associated periodic fever syndrome.
