Then TEM and LC3B immunofluorescence assays, which represented endogenous autophagosomes, displayed the noticeable accumulation of double-membrane electron-dense autophagosomes and LC3 puncta, respectively, in nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells treated with cyclinB1 siRNA2 (siCB1) (Fig. 2a, b).
