According to the statistical analysis of the TCGA database resources, we found that the expression changes of ZBTB38 gene are closely related to the occurrence of 20 kinds of cancers, and especially the most remarkable down-regulated expression in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC) and cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC) (p < 0.05) (Fig. 1). This evidence concerns the gene ZBTB38 and cancer.
