Similarly, multivariate survival analysis of CRABP2 and other known lung cancer prognostic markers, including ribonucleotide reductase messenger 1 (RRM1), excision repair cross-complementation group (ERCC1) and p2724,25, also indicated that high CRABP2 levels in lung tumors were significantly associated with poor overall survival (p = 0.0306, Tables S2–5). Here, CRABP2 is linked to lung carcinoma.
