We also proved that overexpression of BCL2L10 inhibited autophagy of hepatocarcinoma cells by binding to BECN1. It has been well-demonstrated by Robert et al. that BCL2 family protein such as BCL2L10 could bind to BECN1 to inhibit autophagy in cervical cancer cells by mTOR upregulation [29]. This evidence concerns the gene BECN1 and cervical cancer.
