Among the studies which examined the dietary patterns and breast cancer association by hormone receptor status [10, 13, 16, 17, 58, 62, 64, 67, 74, 76–78], the Western dietary pattern has been found to be associated with an increased risk of hormone receptor-positive breast tumors in some studies [58, 67, 76, 78], whereas no association was found regardless of hormone receptor status in some other studies [13, 17, 74]. Here, NR4A1 is linked to breast neoplasm.
