To investigate the impact of increased exhausted-like ILC2s resulting from Cbfβ deficiency on inflammation, we created a subacute asthma model with a high dose of papain using congenic mice adoptively transferred with bone marrow cells from either Cbfb+/f PLZF-Cre or Cbfbf/f PLZF-Cre mice. Here, CBFB is linked to asthma.
