CALR and xerostomia: These criteria include symptoms of dry mouth and dry eyes; reduced tear secretion; reduced saliva secretion; histopathology of minor salivary glands showing infiltrates of lymphocytes; and the presence of autoantibodies directed against Ro/SSA (anti-Sjögren’s-syndrome-related antigen A, also called anti-Ro) and/or La/SSB (anti-Sjögren’s-syndrome-related antigen B, also called anti-La) [9].
