In this study, we selected six SNPs in the DUT gene with minor allele frequency values greater than 0.05, and explored their distribution frequency in a case-control study (400 cervical squamous cell carcinomas (CSCCs), 400 precursor cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) III lesions and 1,200 normal controls). Here, DUT is linked to cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
