Through algorithm statistics for GO enrichment and KEGG pathway enrichment, we found that the important components of Yinchensini decoction, such as quercetin and kaempferol, may act on key targets, including JUN, RELA, and IL-6, ultimately improving jaundice, inhibiting inflammatory factors, promoting cell proliferation, and regulating RNA polymerase II transcription factor activity via TNF signaling pathway, bladder cancer, and other pathways. This evidence concerns the gene IL6 and urinary bladder cancer.
