Overall, we found that downregulation of 7 genes (Crb1, Lrrc9, Rcn1, Rtl1, Shisa3, Six6, St18) and upregulation of 2 genes (C1ql3, Slc18A1), are strongly predictive of favorable neuroblastoma outcome (Fig. 5b, Supplementary Table S7a), consistent with delayed tumor development in Th-MYCN/Casp2−/− mice30. This evidence concerns the gene SIX6 and neuroblastoma.
