SOX6 is a critical neural differentiation‐related gene.It was found to regulate the specification of dopamine neurons30 and also controls dorsal progenitor identity and inter‐neuron diversity during neocortical development.31 Disruption of Sox6 is associated with dopa‐responsive movement disorder.32 Whether Sox6 could be regulated by miRNAs during the neural differentiation remains unknown. This evidence concerns the gene SOX6 and movement disorder.
