CD79A and Parkinson disease: Studies have confirmed that genes modulated during the pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease appear in our regulatory network, and include CD79A [15] and NLRP3 [16, 17] in addition to miRNAs associated with PD models, including miR-142-3p [18], miR-15b-5p [19–21], and miR-590-3p [22] (Table 1).
