To better understand the role of ITGB4 in the development of human glioma, we further examined ITGB4 expression in human glioma samples (n = 112; World Health Organization (WHO) grade II–IV) and nonneoplastic brain tissue samples (n = 8) by immunohistochemical (IHC) staining. The gene discussed is ITGB4; the disease is central nervous system cancer.
