To evaluate the clinical relevance of the KLF4-ITGB4 axis, we first examined the expression of KLF4 in human glioma samples (n = 112; World Health Organization (WHO) grade II–IV) and nonneoplastic brain tissue samples (n = 8) by immunohistochemical (IHC) staining. The gene discussed is KLF4; the disease is glioma.
