The resulting level of ROS in DMD hPSC with l-NAME inhibited NOS matched the level found in WT hPSC (p = 0.1207 as evaluated by Wilcoxon test comparing control values from WT iPSC and WT hESC to corresponding l-NAME treated DMD lines, Figure S8, Table S2). This evidence concerns the gene NOS2 and Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
