In order to evaluate the contribution of DGC-associated NOS on the oxidative stress in hPSC, we analyzed the ROS release in DMD hPSC lines and WT hPSC in presence and absence of Nω-nitro-l-arginine methyl ester hydrochloride (l-NAME), a non-specific NOS inhibitor (Figure 3c, Table S1). The gene discussed is NOS1; the disease is Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
