NUCLEOLIN and acute myeloid leukemia: Previously, our group already found tight correlations in the 205 adult AML patients that were also part of this study between KDM1A, HNRNPK, NCL, SIRT1, ASH2L, and WTAP.9 In that study, we observed that patients that expressed high levels of KDM1A, HNRNPK, NCL, SIRT1, ASH2L, and WTAP expressed lower levels of correlated CBL, LCK, SRC phosphorylated on tyrosine 416 and 452, PTK2, ITGA2, SRC, PTG2S, PIK3AC, and FN1, which was again replicated by our observations here.
