We show that PRM2 G398C and A473C polymorphismsare associated with male infertility in men with teratozoospermiaand sperm parameters including semen quality,sperm apoptosis, and morphology in the Iranian population.This study is a preliminary study of a larger comprehensiveresearch program aiming to identify clinicallyrelevant polymorphisms as biomarkers for susceptibilityto teratozoospermia. This evidence concerns the gene PRM2 and Abnormal sperm morphology.
