PRM2 and Infertility: In this study, infertile men with a history of defectsat sperm head morphology and stretch of thisregion (tapered head) were analyzed for PRM1 andPRM2 polymorphisms and compared with fertile men.The findings showed an intronic variant in PRM2(rs2070923) which was also present in both groups.Also, rs1646022, a missense polymorphism, occurredin teratozoospermic men (heterozygous n=10, homozygousminor n=5) and controls (heterozygousn=13, homozygous minor n=2).
