SOX10 and melanoma: In vitro functional studies further showed that NEDD9 KD caused a marked reduction of cell growth (Fig. 4c), invasive behavior (Fig. 4d,e) and colony formation capacity (Fig. 4f,g) as observed in SOX10 KD (Fig. 4c-g), suggesting that NEDD9 is required for proliferation, invasion and oncogenicity of melanoma cells.
