To further demonstrate the dose-dependent effects of SOX9 on NEDD9 expression, we transduced SOX10 KD A375M and WM266–4 melanoma cells with a gradual increase in titer of lentiviral vector expressing SOX9 (50 μL to 200 μL) followed by assessment of SOX9, SOX10 and NEDD9 genes and protein expression levels (Fig. 5a,b). Here, NEDD9 is linked to melanoma.
