The results showed that progressive increase in the amount of lentiviruses expressing SOX9 resulted in a dose-dependent increase in the expression levels of SOX9 and NEDD9 in the SOX10 low environment (Fig. 5a,b), indicating that SOX9 OE is able to restore NEDD9 expression in a dose-dependent manner in SOX10 KD melanoma cells. This evidence concerns the gene SOX10 and melanoma.
