SOX10 and melanoma: To further demonstrate the dose-dependent effects of SOX9 on NEDD9 expression, we transduced SOX10 KD A375M and WM266–4 melanoma cells with a gradual increase in titer of lentiviral vector expressing SOX9 (50 μL to 200 μL) followed by assessment of SOX9, SOX10 and NEDD9 genes and protein expression levels (Fig. 5a,b).
