DUX4 and leukemia: Out of these significantly co-expressed (Pearson correlation coefficient ≥ 0.55, two-tailed P value ≤ 0.05) cis protein-coding genes we identified, 58 DUX4- and 24 Ph-like-specific lncRNAs demonstrated activation of key signaling pathways involved in proliferation, apoptosis, and differentiation in leukemia (Additional file 3: Table S2).
