Comparing HNSCC with normal (wild-type; n = 54) TP53 immunohistochemistry with HNSCC with altered (n = 76) TP53 immunohistochemistry, the TrkB staining was significantly more frequent in cases with altered TP53 than in cases with normal TP53 (Figure 2C).
