PARK7 and stroke disorder: Three key proteins including 78 kDa glucose-regulated protein, Parkinson disease protein 7 and hypoxia up-regulated protein 1 might be linked to neuroprotection effect, wherein 78 kDa glucose-regulated protein and Parkinson disease protein 7 treat stroke by preventing cell damage during ischemic brain injury, but the relationship between hypoxia up-regulated protein 1 and tetrandrine was not clear.
