CLCN3 and cervical carcinoma: From the 60 patients with cervical cancer, 81.7% of cancer specimens (49/60) presented an elevated ClC-3 expression level (compared with the paracancerous specimens, 2.45-fold difference, p < 0.01), and 18.3% of cancer specimens (11/60) did not express an elevated level of ClC-3 mRNA.
