Indeed, CK-MDS patients with TP53 mutation had a significantly greater hazard ratio (HR) of death (2.57; 95% confidence interval (CI) 1.97–3.34, p < 0.001) with a median OS of 0.6 years compared to 1.5 years for TP53 wild-type patients (Fig. 3b).
