WEE1 and hepatocellular carcinoma: MDEGs were enriched in “biological processes of cellular response to DNA damage stimulus,” “liver development,” “viral process,” “angiogenesis,” and “cell cycle.” Regarding molecular function, MDEGs showed enrichment in “protein binding,” “ATP binding,” “enzyme binding,” and “protein kinase activity.” Enrichment of cell components was mostly “nucleus region,” which suggests MDEGs may play an important role in transcription in HCC.
