AKT1 and neoplasm: Since CSPG4 activated signaling pathways are known to be involved in tumor cell growth, adhesion, migration, and chemoresistance [34–36] we analyzed the in vitro effect of 9.2.27-PE38KDEL/ABT-737 mono or combination therapy on FAK, PKCα, and AKT pathways in D-10-0021 MG, DM440, and SUM159-R113 cells (S6 Fig).
