This meta-analysis comprehensively and systematically reviewed the current available literature and found that: (1) A high baseline TMTV significantly predicted poor OS and shorter PFS in adult lymphoma patients (p<0.00001 and p<0.00001, respectively); (2) A high baseline TMTV was significantly associated with reduced survival in DLBCL patients treated with R-CHOP and predicted poor OS and PFS for different types of lymphomas, such as FL, ENKL and HL. The gene discussed is DDIT3; the disease is lymphoma.
