Utilizing Go and KEGG, screened by the standard of P-value <0.05, we obtained 14 pathways, including cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction, pathways in cancer, hematopoietic cell lineage, the JAK-STAT signalling pathway, the TGF-β signalling pathway, the chemokine signalling pathway, acute myeloid leukaemia, the adipocytokine signalling pathway, leukocyte transendothelial migration, bladder cancer, intestinal immune network for IgA production, epithelial cell signalling in Helicobacter pylori infection, pancreatic cancer, and chronic myeloid leukaemia. Here, TGFB1 is linked to urinary bladder cancer.
