Results showed that the deficiency of the IRAK-M led to a larger brain infarct volume (Figures 2A,D, P < 0.05 vs. WT) and deteriorated motor function deficit, including higher Bederson score and lower grip test score (Figures 2B,C, P < 0.05 vs. WT) compared with WT controls. Here, IRAK3 is linked to brain infarction.
