Finally, in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), the GAP Rho GTPase-activating protein 11A (ARHGAP11A) has been shown by coimmunoprecipitation assay to directly interact with RAC1B independent of Rho GTPase-activating activity and to promote the HCC malignant phenotype [22].
