KRAS and non-small cell lung carcinoma: Previously, we showed that short-term treatment (2 h) with the PI3K inhibitor PI-103 blocks the phosphorylation of AKT (Ser-473 and Thr-308) as well as the phosphorylation of the AKT substrate PRAS40 (Thr-246) in NSCLC cell lines A549 and H460 expressing KRAS (G12V) and KRAS (Q61H), respectively.
