Various researchers suggest that pathogenesis of RA having various inflammatory reactions such as transcription factor, NF-κB, which play a significant role in the joint degradation and inflammation via increased the expression of pro0inflammatory genes viz., IL-6, IL-1β, TNF-α, MMPs, and chemokines (Bonizzi and Karin, 2004; Shakibaei et al., 2007; Choi and Lee, 2010; Ali et al., 2011). This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and rheumatoid arthritis.
