In mice with normal fasting glucose level after CRS, glucose tolerance was normal but insulin sensitivity decreased (for ITT, data showed a significant main effect of groups, F = 62.642, P < 0.01; post hoc analysis revealed that both the CRS-hyperglycemia and the CRS-normoglycemia group were different from the control, P < 0.01. Here, INS is linked to congenital rubella syndrome.
