The miRNA‐microarray analysis in PCa patients has identified several candidate miRNAs (let‐7 family, miR‐181b, ‐515‐3p/5p, ‐361 and ‐146b) with differential expression, especially let‐7b, which targets HMGA1 to inhibit PCa.90 Other miRNAs, including miR‐195 and miR‐296, perform a similar function to inhibit the expression of HMGA1.91, 92 Importantly, fulvestrant treats a novel PCa pathway through ERβ‐mediated transcriptional up‐regulation of hsa‐miR‐765. Here, ESR2 is linked to posterior cortical atrophy.
