The inherited peripheral neuropathy CMT2B is caused by any one of the five rab7a missense mutations (e.g., L129F, K157N, N161T/I, and V162M) (Houlden et al., 2004, Meggouh et al., 2006, Verhoeven et al., 2003, Wang et al., 2014). This evidence concerns the gene RAB7A and peripheral neuropathy.
