Results of TIMP-2 revealed that concentration levels of TIMP-2 in CaG5 treated melanoma cells were higher than those in IQG, HEG, or control groups: CON, 54.69 ± 1.54 ng/ml; CaG5, 207.65 ± 41.18 ng/ml (CaG5 vs. CON, p < 0.05); and IQG5, 23.82 ± 30.36 ng/ml (Fig. 3a). The gene discussed is TIMP2; the disease is melanoma.
