In summary, our study proved that FBXL19-AS1 silencing suppressed the progression and angiogenesis of lung cancer progression by targeting miR-431-5p/RAF1, indicating the potential of FBXL19-AS1/miR-431-5p/RAF1 axis as a new biological diagnostic/therapeutic target for angiogenesis of lung cancer to improve prognosis. Here, RAF1 is linked to lung cancer.
