MAP-kinase and Akt pathways play a promising role in cancer cell proliferation, differentiation and survival, whereas Caspase-3 is a crucial mediator of apoptosis; hence, the activation of these three pathways was investigated by using CA NPs, α-KAMCA NPs, AZ628, AZ628-loaded CA NPs and AZ628-loaded α-KAMCA NPs. This evidence concerns the gene CASP3 and cancer.
